A mysterious parcel has arrived…

It was my birthday yesterday, and it turned up while I was out gallivanting around the countryside.

My other half sent me a picture but I couldn’t for the life of me figure out what it might be.

Willpower won out in the end, and it stayed unopened till I got home. It was worth the suspense.

The Sticklebacks have landed!

There’s nothing quite as like seeing your words in print and your name on the cover.

I definitely had a few butterflies in my stomach when I realised what was in the box.
